Hey, I'm Sophie!

I’m an account & brand manager who believes the best work happens when people feel heard. I love helping teams move from messy beginnings to clear direction, and I’m happiest when I’m keeping projects moving while making sure everyone at the table feels valued. I care about building trust with clients, supporting creative teams, and creating environments where good ideas can happen.

Outside of work, I’m usually crocheting something new, reading on my Kindle, browsing thrift stores for the next odd little trinket, and collecting records. I love going to concerts, and one of my biggest flexes is that I have seen Greta Van Fleet, Cage the Elephant, and Metallica in one night. But don’t let that fool you, even though I love all kinds of music, bluegrass is my favorite.

I have always loved crafting, but I started crocheting a few years ago, and now it is my favorite hobby. I love a granny stitch!

Aside from seeing Metallica in 2021, my other favorite artists to see live are Billy Strings (5 times) and Turnpike Troubadours (4 times).

I adopted my cat, Pluto, when I moved to Richmond, and named him after Edgar Allan Poe’s story “The Black Cat.”

Spending time with friends and family is important to me, whether it is grabbing a beer at a brewery or shopping with my younger sisters.
